Glastonbury Temporary Kitchen

Glastonbury Festival is the largest greenfield music and performing arts festival in world. The festival which attracts approximately 175,000 people is best known for its contemporary music, dance, comedy, theatre, circus, cabaret and other arts. Glastonbury 2013 took place from Wednesday 26th June- Sunday 30th June.

Dawsongroup temporary kitchens were approached by a popular and well-established catering company providing catering services to 3000 private campers at Glastonbury Festival. The company required a temporary kitchen and catering facilities. 

Dawsongroup provided the company with a 7.6m x 2.9m x 3.0m Commander kitchen facility. The facility included two double basket LPG fryers, a solid top range, waste pump, racking and two bain marie hot cupboards. 

'We will use Dawsongroup again and have two events coming up to be discussed.'

Dawsongroup portable cold rooms also provided the catering company with an inflatable cold store to store temperature critical catering supplies. Our installation team completed the install in less than half a day and clearly instructed the catering team how to use the equipment provided.
