The Crusader unit is the largest in our fleet at 8.5m long. Thanks to its size, it allows for greater versatility in terms of equipment installed, and can comfortably accommodate up to 7 members of a catering team at any one time. The unit has a fully automatic fire suppression and variable extraction systems fitted as standard.

All of our kitchen layouts are designed bespoke to clients' specifications with incredible flexibility in terms of internal catering equipment. The unit is delivered ready to go, with all equipment already installed to ease the transition period and with the potential capacity to feed 450 people in one sitting.
