25ft Preparation Facility
The Commander unit offers total flexibility to the user. It can be used as a standalone unit or as part of a catering complex for a variety of requirements including a food production, preparation and pot wash area. The Commander is even large enough to effectively function as all these areas. The unit has a fully automatic fire suppression and variable extraction systems fitted as standard. With the ability to link other units to the Commander, a tailored solution can be provided with ease. If required, we can also source any specialist linking units or equipment, such as showers, ensuring the project is delivered complete, on time and to the customer's specification.
