Emergency Response Kitchen Keeps Care Home Cooking

Dawsonrentals recently provided an emergency response temporary kitchen for a care home in Lincolnshire. We were contacted by a previous customer on Thursday the 2nd of October in urgent need of a temporary kitchen. With the care home obliged to continue their catering function whilst their current kitchen was out of action, we knew that a swift response was required.
The client got in touch with us at 10am, by lunch all contracts were signed and work had begun. 5 hours later the temporary kitchen had been fully equipped to the customer’s exact requirements, safety checked, completely sanitised and loaded, ready to head on its way.
The beginning of October has been a very busy period for us; we already had 5 kitchens deliveries planned for that week prior to the clients call. Despite the heavy work load, we rose to the challenge and successfully delivered and installed the kitchen at 6am on Friday the 3rd of October.
Emergency response temporary kitchens are an important part of our business. Clients never know when they might require a temporary kitchen, but can feel at ease knowing that if the worst should happen, a solution is readily available.
