Case Study: Crown Manor Hotel
Dawsongroup were approached by the Manager of the Crown Manor House Hotel in Lyndhurst with an emergency requirement for a kitchen facility. With three functions planned for the weekend, swift action was needed to ensure they could continue to cater for up to 150 guests.
Dawsongroup kitchens discussed at great length the menus that were being provided along with the equipment required. As the time frame was extremely short, images of the site, access and final location were mailed through to ensure that there was sufficient space for facility to be off-loaded safely. There was also a requirement for a covered walkway between the kitchen facility and the hotel for the delivery of food.
The kitchen rental was initially for 3 weeks; however the hotel requested to extend the hire by an extra week. At Dawsongroup we offer an extremely flexible service, which meant that we were able to change prior arrangements and re-schedule collection of the facility.
