Case Study: Another Successful Installation in South Wales
Dawsongroup kitchens were recently contacted by Allan Nicola, Head Chef at Tregwilym Lodge Nursing and Residential Home to come up with a solution to maintain a 24/7 food service during a planned refurbishment.
The home’s kitchen was to be taken out of action due to replacement flooring and other remedial works being required. Following the completion of a site survey, it was agreed with the home and Kevin Ireland of Delta Property, who had been appointed as the main contractor, that a 3 door 25ft kitchen unit linked into the existing dining room would be the best solution. This set up minimised the amount of car park spaces being used, ensuring clear access for emergency vehicles while allowing for all meals to be transferred between the kitchen and dining room safely and hygienically.
