"I have been with the company since 1996. After gaining Summer experience washing vehicles for the company, I started in my first role as Operations Controller at Dawsonrentals Truck & Trailer Sheffield which kickstarted my career that has spanned two decades. Different roles in the group took me across the country including Operations Manager at Dawsonrentals Truck & Trailer in Manchester, Customer Services Manager at Dawsonrentals Portable Cold Storage (now Temperature Controlled Solutions) and finally General Manager at Dawsonrentals Portable Cold Rooms here in Pucklechurch before I was promoted to Managing Director of both this division and Dawsonrentals Portable Cold Rooms - the skills and experience I gained along the way enabled me to achieve this. I'm a people person and really enjoy the interaction with my staff on a daily basis to achieve common goals for our division and the group."
Dave Hill Installations Manager
"I have worked at Dawsonrentals portable cold rooms for 15 years and started my career as a LGV driver. In this role, I was able to bring the experience that I had previously built up in the trade to the team, where I travelled across the country delivering our goods to customers. I was then promoted to Warehouse Manager and remained at our base in Pucklechurch to oversee operations within the warehouse and working areas before receiving my most recent promotion in 2006 as Installations Manager. One day is never the same as the next for me as I co-ordinate installations operations with employees, customers and suppliers to ensure it runs smoothly from start to finish!"
