Emergency Kitchen in 24 Hours

On Thursday, we received a call from a catering installations company who required an urgent solution for their client, a care home in Milton Keynes, due to a kitchen contamination in their existing facilities.
The initial call enquiry was received during mid-morning on Thursday and by lunchtime the same day, contracts were signed and the process began to load the kitchen equipment, as specified by the client. This included a combination oven, six-burner range and a salamander grill.
The 25ft Commander kitchen unit was delivered to site on Friday morning, meaning that the entire process from initial call through to delivery was complete in 24 hours. On site, the unit was installed, commissioned and staff were trained on the use of the equipment.
Dawsongroup were able to provide the quickest response during a critical time for the client, meaning that they can continue catering for their residents while the existing structure is renovated.
